This is a marketplace application bringing together customers and service providers like car maintenance on one common platform. It aims at helping those who find it hard to devote time for important maintenance activities. Services can be booked instantly with service providers present in nearby location, area, or city. Once a service of car repairing is booked by a customer, service provider will confirm the service and he will pick the car from customer to his site for maintenance. Customers can also search for the service providers on the basis of location & he can book the service by making online payment on the application.

Key Challenges

• Storing identity proofs for so many multiple service providers required a huge database storage
• With too many details to fill, a service form had to be neat with only relevant information to be filled
• Historically availed services had to be stored so that users can keep a track of the services availed in the past

Proposition & Solution

• We were able to successfully deliver an app, wherein end users were able to quickly book their appointment online through the app.
• Alternatively, the app also turned out to be beneficial for service providers, for listing their services and getting highlighted for specific areas.

Our Development Process

• The Discovery Phase- Our business analysts performed a lot of research and brainstorming before the app development process. At the end of the discovery phase the “Who, Why, What, When and Where” of the project were thoroughly scrutinized.
• The Execution Phase- After gathering all the nuts and bolts to proceed, it was time for project execution. Our designers, developers and quality analysts followed agile development process for execution and worked side-by-side to achieve the project aims. Our project managers also did regular reviews to check the progress of the project went smoothly and according to the time.
• Sprint Base Project Delivery-We took client’s feedback on each stage of development and applied the feedback in the project. It helped us to meet the client’s expectations in the best possible manner.
• The Deployment Phase- Now, app was ready to be unleashed to the world after rigorous development & testing period. We deployed the app in the appstore.
